A-port is a joint venture established in 2008 by the Camargo Corrêa Group (Brazil), Flughafen Zürich AG (Switzerland) and Gestión e Ingeniería IDC S.A. (Chile). A-port S.A., based in São Paulo (Brazil), develops and invests in airports projects and airport-related infrastructure in Latin America and the Caribbean. A-port Operaciones S.A., based in Santiago (Chile), is responsible for the performance of operations and management as well as technical consulting agreements concerning airports and airport-related infrastructure. The joint venture incorporates the three existing airport concessions in Chile (Puerto Montt, La Serena and Calama) and the Technical Service Agreements (TSA) in Colombia (Bogotá) and Honduras (Tegucigalpa, San Pedro Sula, La Ceiba and Roatán). All the assets previously belonged to Flughafen Zürich AG and Gestión e Ingeniería IDC S.A.. The 80% stake held by Camargo Corrêa in Concessionária do Estacionamento de Congonhas S.A., a car parking at Congonhas Airport in São Paulo, was also brought into the joint venture. In January, 2009, A-port S.A. acquired 51% of Curaçao Airport Partners N.V. (CAP), concessionaire of Hato International Airport, Curaçao.
